This document is the evolved resolution of the Initial Strategic Vision (HIST-SYS-001).

  • Then: Breaking the information hostage situation.
  • Now: Maintaining an immutable "Gold Standard" of truth that prevents drift and ensures self-custody of community assets.

2. Core Pillars of the Forensic Community

  1. Immutability: Every transaction, vote, and architectural decision is hashed and sealed.
  2. Sovereignty: Zero-dependence on third-party "Black Box" administrators. The Board and Owners own the logic.
  3. Transparency: Real-time visibility into the "Pulse" of the building—from banking flows to hydraulic pump telemetry.
