Phase 4 Roadmap: The Glass House (Jan-Feb 2026)

Mission: Transform specific backend capabilities into polished, user-facing experiences ("The Glass House" - Transparent & Visible).

1. Operations Center (Staff UI)

Objective: Move staff out of spreadsheets and into the platform.

  • [x] Service Request Kanban (Triage Board) - Completed Jan 1
  • [x] Work Order Details View:
  • Clicking a card on the Kanban board should open a detailed view.
  • Ability to add "Internal Notes" (Staff only) vs "Public Updates" (Resident visible).
  • Ability to assign specific vendors (from the Vendor Registry).
  • [ ] Asset Maintenance History:
  • "View Asset" page showing all historical tickets for a specific pump/elevator.
  • Recurring Task Scheduler (e.g., "Clean Pool" every Monday).

2. Resident Experience (The "Front Door")

Objective: Seamless self-service for owners.

  • [ ] "My Home" Dashboard Refactor:
  • Consolidated view of: Pending Bills + Open Tickets + Active Votes.
  • "One-Tap" Payment for outstanding invoices.
  • [ ] Access Control Interface:
  • UI for generating "Guest QR Codes" (backend exists).
  • View "Entry Logs" for their own unit.

3. Infrastructure Reality (The "Plumbing")

Objective: Remove stubs and mocks.

  • Cloud Function to ingest PDF statements from GCS bucket.
  • Machine Learning parser (Document AI or simple Regex) to split transactions.
  • [x] IoT Bridge:
  • Actual webhook listener for the water pumps/gates.
  • Alert rules engine (e.g., "If Pump 1 runs > 4 hours, text Maintenance").

4. Governance Polish

Objective: Ensure the first digital assembly is flawless.

  • [x] Orchestration Test: Run a full "Mock Assembly" with 50 bot users to stress-test the castVote concurrency and the "Quorum Pulse" chart.
  • [x] Vigilance Portal: Dedicated view for the Committee to auditing the "Evidence Vault" without seeing PII they shouldn't.

5. Strategic Expansion (New Modules - Q1 2026)

Objective: Drive "Data-Driven Authority" by linking live domain records to Identity Personas.

  • [ ] Deep Build: Digital signatures and PDF generation.

  • [x] Staff Directory: Consolidated view of Direct Hires/Contractors and Creation UI.
  • [ ] Deep Build: Full "Employee Profile" with document storage.
  • [ ] Shift Management: Digital rotation schedules and time-tracking logic (OPS-HR-SHIFT).
  • [x] 5.C Elections & Committee Management (Scaffold Complete):
  • [x] Digital Ballot Engine: Voting Booth UI and Ballot Casting Action.
  • [x] Election Config: Admin Console for creating elections.
  • [ ] Deep Build: Eligibility Engine (block bad standing) and Result Certification (GOV-AUTO-CERTIFY).
  • [ ] Committee Registry: Management of specialized oversight bodies (GOV-COMMITTEE-REG).

Next Immediate Step: All scaffolds are live. The focus now shifts to "Deep Build" (Insurance Logic, Shift Rotation, Election Integrity) to reach production readiness.
